New Mandatory Food Waste Composting Rules Adopted in San Francisco

San Francisco just passed one of the toughest municipal recycling ordinances in America. Â
Starting this Fall, all residences and businesses will be required to separate food waste for composting.   This is likely to be the direction that many municipalities will pursue in the months and years to come. Â
