EPA Updates Food Waste Resource Site

The U.S. E.P.A. recently released updates to its Food Waste Web Site.   This site is one of the very best places to learn about  issues related to food waste causes and management actions — and now it’s even better.

On February 9th, First Lady Michelle Obama announced an online Food Environment Atlas.
